IPEC launches sentiment analysis report on driving innovation through procurement!
IPEC commissioned *Ortus Economic Research Ltd to conduct this research to understand key challenges local authorities face in using procurement as a tool for innovation. By understanding these barriers, we can better support public sector agencies in solving urgent problems faster, cheaper and with greater impact.
Our findings reveal that only 14% of respondents are highly aware of innovation procurement, while 19% have no awareness at all, emphasising an urgent need for increased awareness of innovation procurement across the public sector. As we aim to support the Government’s growth strategy, these insights are vital for shaping future initiatives.
